With over 11 years of experience in real estate investment, development, and construction, he oversees operations across the firm’s affiliated companies, including Capital Advisors & Associates, Capital Advisors Real Estate Group, and Meridian Construction & Development.

Joshua is a licensed real estate broker in Texas and has led the acquisition, development, and execution of a wide range of residential, multifamily, and mixed-use projects. His approach is centered on disciplined capital allocation, operational efficiency, and long-term value creation.

He is focused on scaling his platform while contributing to the growth of his community and delivering lasting value to investors and clients.
